- Standard check-in time: 13:00 Hrs, and check-out time: 10:00 Hrs.
- For the check-in process, identification is mandatory like NID/Passport/Driving License.
- Room may not guarantee for early check-in unless pre-reserved from the previous night.
- Contact the Resort directly for options available for early check-in or late check-out.
- Late check out after 13:00 Hrs is chargeable and subject to availability.
- In the event of the guest’s failure to vacate the room upon the expiration of the check-out time mentioned in the confirmation voucher, the management reserves the right to remove the guest and their belongings from the assigned room.
- In general children are considered to be between the age of 0-11 inclusive.
- The minimum age for check-in is 18.
- Outside food & beverage is not allowed.
- Pets and personal weapons are not allowed inside the Resort.
- Visitors are not allowed room without submission of valid identification to the front desk.
- The hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss incurred during their stay.
- Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Guests are requested to observe the government of Bangladesh rules and regulations which are enforced from time to time for registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
- For foreigners, the guest will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. Please note that it is mandatory to provide a copy of the passport and valid visa at the time of check-in.
- The management reserves to itself the right to add or amend any of the above terms, conditions, and rules without prior notification.
Booking and Cancellation policy:
- To confirm the booking, a 25% advance deposit is required.
- Any cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to the check-in date. If canceled later or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
- If cancellation happens before 5 days, a 50% deduction from the advance payment will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the booker’s bank account/card within 10 business days. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your card company and processing time of the bank.
- You can cancel only by contacting the Resort.
- Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Cot and Extra-bed policy:
- We can provide an extra bed upon request at a rate of 1,000 taka per person per night.
- These charges are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
- The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.
- There is no capacity for cots at this property.
